Day 1: Drive From Arusha to Lake Manyara National Park & Undertake The Afternoon Wild Game Viewing / Game Drive

After breakfast at your place of stay in Arusha, embark on the transfer to Lake Manyara National Park 130km about 2 ½ hours’ drive.

You drive along the impressive landscapes of Tanzania before approaching Lake Manyara National Park arriving in time for lunch.

In the afternoon, you embark on an afternoon game drive in the park. Lake Manyara with its famous soda composition covers about 2/3 of the Park and the surrounding park landscapes support counts of wild game including the great elephant concentration, the tree climbing lions along with concentration of flamingo that are pulled with Algae concentration in the lake. Day 2: Drive From Lake Manyara NP To The Plains of Serengeti National Park For An Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Serengeti National Park 205km about six (6) hours driving through the magical high lying landscapes of Karatu farmlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area.

In the shadows of the magical highlands, there lie the endless plains of Serengeti National Park rolling endlessly marked with the natural Savannah.

You drive to the Central area of the park named Seronera which features one of the extensive wildlife habitats in the Serengeti Park traversed by River Seronera that provides the natural waters which in turn pull most of the wildlife species to quench their thirst and thus offering the impressive magical views.

You settle for lunch and in the afternoon, you embark on a thrilling game drive in the Serengeti National Park.

Serengeti features magical wildlife including the Big five of land animals including over 3,000 populations of lion, over 1,000 populations of leopards, populations of African elephant, the Eastern Black Rhinos, the African Buffalo, the famous Tanzanian Cheetah, the populations of Impala antelope, the Thompson’s Gazelle, the eland, the Topi, spotted hyena, Water buck, striped hyena, East African wild dog, baboon along with the Masaai Giraffe.

Day 3: Whole-day Wildlife Exploration in Serengeti National Park

You can opt to undertake a thrilling hot air balloon exploring the Ariel views of Serengeti plains and its magical wild game.

You silently float over the growing bush gaining impressive views of both wildlife and scenery along the flowing rivers and the small villages that mark the area.

Alternatively, you undertake a game along the Sogore River Circuit that stretches to the plains in the south of Seronera River offering chances for viewing lions, Topi, the Thompson gazelle, the Ostrich and the sightings of Cheetah.

You can pay a visit to the Visitor Center near the Serengeti Seronera Lodge along with the public Campsites.

The impressively designed center features rewarding displays of wildlife along with gift shops that sell leaflets for information and the area maps. There is also a shop where cold drinks can be bought along with snacks.

The picnic area and the information trail up to and around the Kopje can also be explored. The giant acacia trees shade presents a good ground for picnic lunch.

Day 4: Drive from Serengeti National Park to Ngorongoro Crater Conservation Area, Make A Stop at Olduvai Gorge And An Afternoon Game Drive An Arrival

After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Ngorongoro Conservation Area 145km about 4 hours’ drive. You make a stop at Olduvai Gorge where the skull of early man was discovered by Dr. Leakey.

You continue to Ngorongoro settling for lunch after which you slope down 600m to the crater for an afternoon game viewing encounter.

Enriched by the water and fodder all year round, the Ngorongoro National Park supports a range of animals including the wildebeest herds, the Buffalo, the Zebra, the eland, Hippos, Warthogs along with giant elephants.

Day 5: Transfer to Tarangire National Park And Do An Afternoon Game Drive

After breakfast, embark on the transfer to Tarangire National Park 155km about 3 ½ hours’ drive driving along the impressive countryside landscapes of Tanzania with magical scenic views.

Upon arrival, you undertake the exploration of wild game in Tarangire National Park. The park features the impressive sights of Tarangire River which comprises of low-lying hills seated on the floor of the Great Rift Valley along with scenic acacia woodland and the giant Boabab trees and the extensive swamps to the south.

The drive offers you possible views of Greater Kudu, Ashy starlings and Fringed-eared Oryx. It also presents the sights of elephants, wildebeest, buffalo, zebra, impala, hartebeest, gazelle; eland along with the long-necked gerenuk.
