Tsavo East National Park Kenya
Tsavo East National Park is noted to be among the largest and oldest National Parks in the destination Kenya stretching to 13,747km2. Positioned in the semi-arid area initially referred to as Taru Desert, Tsavo National Park was established in 1948 close to Voi town in the Taita-Taveta County named after the Tsavo River that flows from west to east of the park.
Three (3) main gates provide the entry to Tsavo East National Park including Sala gate if coming from Malindi, Bachuma gate if coming from Mombasa and Manyani gate if coming from Voi. In the interior of the park, the Tsavo and Athi Rivers combine to form the famous Galana River while the general park’s savannah landscape provide a rich habitat for Big five including Black Rhino, Maasai Lion, Elephant, Cape Buffalo and Elephant.
The Park features rich archaeological sites demonstrating the late Stone Age economy dating between 6,000 to 1,300 years past. These sites are positioned close to River Galana. The area is also notable for its two man eating lions which extremely terrorised the Railway construction team headed by Lt. Col Patterson before he shot them dead.

Galdessa Safari Camp
Galdessa Safari Camp is positioned to the Southern Bank of River Galana presenting accommodation in two categories namely Main Galdessa and Private Galdessa.
The Main Galdessa features twelve (12) bungalows some of which are thatched and others are semi-tented placed on a wooden platform equipped with en suite bathroom and shower.
At Private Galdessa, accommodation is presented in three (3) cozy bungalows some of which are semi-tented while others are thatched placed on wooden platforms featuring private veranda and en suite bathroom.
Satao Camp is positioned in Tsavo East National Park close to a water hole thus gaining an opportunity to explore wild game as it draws to drink water. The Accommodation at Satao Camp is presented in twenty (20) tents which include; Sixteen (16) family units and four (4) suites built using sisal along with baroti poles and thatched with makuti roof.
Leopard Lodge is positioned on a 4 acre land piece within Tsavo East National Park. Accommodation at Leopard Lodge is presented in twenty four (24) rooms of which four (4) of these are large, twelve (12) are standard while the remaining eight (8) are budget.
Leopard Lodge features two (2) conference rooms with the seating capacity of 100 and 200 people respectively.
Kalau Camp is positioned at 110km to the west of Indian Ocean along River Galana.
